I feel i should appeal for this to be taken off because i did play the game-no cash just didnt complete the rail due to internet problems at the time (cutting on and off all day yesterday) which have just been rectified by buying a new wireles sadapter for my laptop, full game history can be provided if needed. I will add the file to this thread if asked for by barrett or anyone elsefor that matter.

According to officialpokerranking.com, he did play a dimer that day, but it was NOT the dimer that I staked for(i staked for the 10:00am, he played the 16:00). He didnt contact me about it, or post in a rail thread. He played wrong tourney and everything.

Has the situation been resolved to your satisfaction or do you think gear is deserved?

Gear is deserved. I believe he might have had problems with his internet, but he didn't play the tourney I staked him for(he didn't have a problem with his internet when he aplied for it a very short time before the tourney started), proceeded to play a different tuorney without telling me, and didn't ship any money back or contact me about it until 2 days later. He was obviously not having computer problems if he was able to play a MTT less then 8 hours later.

if i was dreilly (this is directed towards dreilly) and i played the wrong tourney, i would apologize and ship a dime back to my staker to keep my good name on NB.

i didn't play the wrong tourney, you didnt specify which tourney i was to play in the thread its self

So i decided to play the .10c at 1600 instead, it wouldnt make a difference either if i contacted you, you wouldnt have got it as the only thing you did specify in the thread was the fact that you would be away anyway.

at the point of the 1600 tourney that was when my internet problems started (or possibly neverbeg) the rail file is still on offer if needed

i'm not seeing in the original thread where it's requested that a specific tourney be played.

i'm thinking bad rail and not DNS is the proper gear here.
