Un-Ban idiotp0ker

idiotp0ker has been banned from NB for about 3 months, and I believe that it is either to harsh a punishment, or he has served his proper time. here is a semi coherent list of what happend to him

1. Applied and got picked for a stake
2. 1 rule for the stake was to not APPLY for any others
3. He thought the rule was not to PLAY for any other stakes
4. He did APPLY for another stake
4. Amazing sully told him he would recieve DNS because the staker requested it.
5. He believed he should get HOP as he didnt do anything but apply for another stake, didnt even get it/play it
6. He was drinking when the issue was brought fourth, and kind of went off on sully, sully banned him.
7. He repaid the staker the day after he got banned

Can he get unbanned?? its been a while and it was a huge misunderstanding in the first place.

Jjh344 (1:48:14 PM): One of the stipulations of the stake i applied for was to not Apply for any other stakes while playing his. I chose to disregard that stipulation and for that I got yelled at by sully
Jjh344 (1:48:26 PM): I got furious, as i was wasted
Jjh344 (1:48:39 PM): and in the ensuing argument he banned me
Jjh344 (1:48:52 PM): i sent the stake back the next morning even after i was banned from neverbeg
Jjh344 (1:50:20 PM): Let me preface this statement by saying i made an irresponsible move by drinking copiously and playing a stake. That was wrong and also for ignoring a stipulation however outlandish I deserved HOP, nothing more.
Jjh344 (1:50:32 PM): which is why i flipped out on sully for threatening ban immediately
Jjh344 (1:51:21 PM): he cited a prior DNS that i had but it was a lie from CMKpics or whatever his name was, he sent to idiotpoker instead of idiotp0ker and tried to say i rolled him and i got an immediate unasked DNS b/c of that

The money was paid back, it was a HOP offense to begin with (IMO) and he is a quality horse and a decent individual

Sully is corrupt. I will talk to the owners about unbanning him. Not likely but maybe.

it was a bad night for him that night, trust me.... its been plenty of time.

I just dont see where this should be a ban, i know people browsing the site daily that OWE peeps over $100, and idiot has paid back and everything
