Idiot DNS removal

The initial offense should of earned me HOP, never DNS. I was banned for well over a month and feel that this is more than sufficent. I never have rolled anyone and obviously DNS is killing my ability to get any stakes. I know that some Mods are slightly familiar with the situation, if you have any further questions I will be checking this thread frequently.

I vote removal, and give him the "probation gear" for now, although I dont think even THAT is necessary any longer

remove it i staked him before off the site and i think he shipped round 60-70 back.
