THEKUJIE ban removal? Can I do this?

He was drunk/stoned when he made the posts, didnt handle himself well, I personally didnt agree with most of the things he said, I really dont know him well, just started talking to him a few weeks ago when I started staking, he is actually a really nice guy, gave me my first stake on here and has staked me a few times even after the ban, and I have staked him. I trust the guy, he is cool and I know he regrets the things he said here when he was under the influence. I am posting this for him as his privilages were revoked during this situation... I know alot of people dislike him, I really cant see how they don't because of the things he stated about them and there family. But he has expressed to me that, these are things he did not mean to say, just dumb things that came out when he was messed up and he promises it won't happen again.

I really think he would be a good member to this community as he is a very good player, who is willing not only to recieve stakes, but to give them aswell. He has said that if his privilages are reinstated he will be willing to give out a few stakes to show his appreciation and he will personally apologized to those that were hurt by his comments.

I wouldn't be making this post if I didn't think this guy was worth it. But he has proved to me to be not only a good poker player, but a generously, nice person aswell.

hes a multi accounter and he went way over the line

just a bad addition to the site its more +ev without him

I understand, thats your opinion kooldude, but to judge him over one incredibly stupid incident sucks. He knows he made a mistake, and I have seen other people say/do worse things then he did and it was in the shooting off forum anyways? I dont want to get on bad terms with anyone over this, just trying to do him a favor, as he really isn't a bad guy, just made stupid comments over a stupid situation under the influence.

And his multi accounter situation, I have no idea about, but from him he says ever since he first signed up its been like that.

it isnt just 1 incident

he got banned before for going over the line before but then got unbanned (or multiaccounted it)

it was 2 or 3 times

he should stay banned for life

never did I see any other incident with him, nor can I find any in the search, if you have links please provide, as I will be really interested in seeing them.

I know of one, will get it now.. but at the time he was under the influence and made some incredibly stupid comments, but he has agreed to apologize to those he offended and to even put up stakes if his privilages are reinstated. He is a nice guy and I honestly think he deserves to be here as not only is he a very good player, but a generous person.
