BAP 23190 conflict
I just closed a BAP i ran for about 3 weeks. the link is here: SOLD OUT---start sending $$ Ultra-Low Variance 5card draw/NLHE 45 man SNG BAP
in short, the bap is up in money. One backer in particular reserved a certain amount of $, but then PM'd me saying he wouldnt be able to ship for a day or two. I said no problem. I ended up PMing him 3 or 4 times and he was still incapable of sending me the $. Now that the BAP is finished, I do not believe he is entitled to any $. For one, he hasnt logged on in nearly 2 weeks, his inbox is full, and if i give him the profits he'll have made money without ANY RISK as an investor because he never sent me the initial investment.
With that said I'd like to request that i take his share since technically it was my money that wouldve been in there if i ended up losing the entire bankroll and he never gave me his share.
Thanks, and let me know if this is the wrong line of thinking or what should go on from here forward.

which member is it? Why did you mark it as sold if it wasn't sold.
Anyway, we need to confirm that he didn't ship the money, I suppose, so either he needs to confirm that he never shipped, before he takes his share away. Or I need to see your transaction history for both sites from the date it started to the date it finished.
Anyway, don't click "sell shares" unless you have money. That's how you run into messy situations like this.

Yes i understand it was stupid to sell the shares when i never received the money. that's what i get for trusting someone, i suppose. he said I'd receive it in a day or two but that was bull****.
Anyway his name is Ludo, he hasnt been on the site in about 2 weeks so he wont be around to confirm or deny anything. How would I go about sending transaction historys? Should this be in a PM?

ok, e-mail received, looks good.
This isn't really about me saying you are lying, or anything, I just need to cover my own butt here before I take this guy's shares away.
anyway, I PMd mid to ask what the best thing to do with his shares is so I don't mess up the BAP

I'm going to try moving them to see if the BAP alert moves with it...I think the problem with it at this point is because you've move the BAP to Step #2 (closing)...I'll play around and see, bear with me.

okey perfect, I moved the shares to me and the alert popped up.
As D$ has everything reviewed and in order I'm going to go ahead and move these shares to you AAR, as there is confirmation that the shares were not paid for.
Let me know if you have any further questions/concerns.
