Default rookie2619: Bad Rail gear removal

I was a complete noob when i got this. I originally got DNS on my 1st stake for not posting a rail thread. I was unaware of all the rules at the time. I apologized & was forgiven. When PTP took over, I appealed & it was reduced to Bad Rail gear. Here is link of removal:
