STATS:
OPR: http://www.officialpokerrankings.com/pokerstars/stokkbroker/poker/statistics/F6E765C03482435E89EC3985F3E8C77C.html?t=8
PLAN:
MTT`s on Pokerstars. (and Full Tilt once my OPR is opted in for FTP)
BANKROLL:
$ 5.200,00
BANKROLL MANAGEMENT:
Strict maximum 2% buy-in rule of running BR.
And:
* I will never move above $55 freeze-outs and below, $22 1R1A and below, and $11 re-buy and below.
* I will never drop below $5.50 re-buy and below, and $11 freeze-outs and below.
* Shot taking: I will take shots at the $109 80K on Sundays, granted the BR is > $2,500.00. I will also play mini FTOPS #12 $109 NLHE, and #22 $266 NLHE (two-day). The rest of Mini FTOPS will be played within the maximum 2% buy-in rule.
* Satellites: The BR management applies to satellites as well. However, events/tourneys can only be played if the total cost of satteliting into them is < 25 % of the buy-in. Otherwise, the money must be added to the roll instead (for example I can`t spend $80 playing 8 $10 sattelites into a $215 event/tourney. I may continue to play +EV satellites but must add T$ to the roll until I have profited enough from satellites to get into the tourney at a < 25% cost). I will not try to satellite into any higher buy-ins than $215.
INVESTORS CUT:
55 % with cake or 65% no cake. Cake from previous BAP`s is redeemable. With regards to choosing cake or no cake, at this time I don’t know how active I will be on PTP in the future. It depends on how much poker I will play, and I don’t know, because it depends on a lot of things (like how fast I get a job, what kind of job, and how much I profit).
VOLUME:
Estimated 20-30 MTT`s/week. (Relatively low volume, since I am a full time student in my final semester).
TIMEFRAME:
From March 1st until triple, bust, or May 31st - whatever comes first. If it doubles, I send stakeback, and continue playing on a double or bust basis (meaning there is effectively a stop loss of break even if it doubles).
WHY I WANT TO BE STAKED?
Since I started playing MTTs about a year ago, I have cashed out most of my winnings along the way. I am not rolled to play tourneys I think I have an edge in.
WHY INVEST?
I have proven to be a winning player with a decently high ROI over a pretty large sample. I have had a top three spot or final tabled most of the buy-ins I am playing for this BAP (including, $3.30 re-buy, $5.50 re-buy, $22, $22 1R1A, $33, and $55).
I have been coached by Amir “AmirSF” Lehavot, and I still get his feedback on hands, and other issues, through his website Home | PokerWit - Improve your poker skills.
RISK ASSESSMENT
I would categorize this as a medium risk BAP.
TRUST:
This BAP will be escrowed. Exactly who will escrow will be determined before it`s sold out, and before investors ship.
Furthermore, I would never in any way, shape or form rip off or withhold any investors money. I will absolutely never use funds for anything but playing poker within the BR-management. I plan on using PTP as part of my BRM in the future and would never ruin my trust by ripping anyone off (I hope to play without escrows in the future, when I have proven my trustworthiness over a large enough period of time and amount of $).
I have run three BAP`s on PTP before, never had any incident. After my first BAP (1K turned into almost 7K in 1 month), I immediately upon closing shipped over 4K back to investors. The other two BAP`s ended down (not bust), and I handled all funds appropriately (had the escrow hold majority of funds throughout, immediately shipped excess cash to escrow upon big score, etc.).
I will give personal info such as name, address, telephone number, etc. to the escrow. I will oblige to any other methods of control any investor may wish, within reason and practicality. All activity will be easily tracable through OPR. Entire HH`s will be available to anyone upon request.
The escrow will hold the majority of funds throughout. He will ship me increments to cover my play. Upon any prospective score, I will immediately ship the majority to the escrow for him to hold. In the first spot of the rail the escrow will make an updated presentation of where the money is at all times.
Edit:
Escrowed by WotaWaster
Stars - DontLookBack (Marbella/Malaga)
FTP - AppleCrumble (surfer, L)
RAIL:
Buy-in, finish/entrants, cash, net, and running bankroll. Occasional hands. (Neat and easy to follow).
OTHER/PRACTICALITIES:
* Only reservations until sold out. When sold out I will PM all investors to ship to escrow, with the shipping details. In case any investor doesn’t ship (most investors can ignore this): Investors will get only one PM (no reminders) and will have 72 hours to ship and post in the ad thread that they have shipped, before their reservation is deleted without notice, and their reserved shares are free to be sold to any prospective backup reserves or new investors.
* In case of a polling/vote, simple majority rules, by number of shares. I will PM all investors with the vote. Investors will have 48 hrs to vote from receipt of PM, at which time the vote will close and a decision will be reached. Any vote that comes in after that is not counted. However, I don’t plan on running any votes, or spamming investors with PM`s.
* FPP tourney`s and VIP tourney`s, are included.
* Escrow service is likely to cost around $200. This will be taken off the top of the BR upon starting.
EDIT: Starting BR is 5100 to reflect that escrow cost $100.
