Looking for a MTT coach!!!!
To start alittle bit about me. My name is Jon and I have been a member here for quite some time. I beleive I am a very solid player and can become a very good player with the right help. I am a very TAG style player. I play very solid and tight. This only allows me to make it to the money only to donk out early ITM.
I am looking for a coach that is willing to work with me 1on1 reviewing HH and letting me gohst/ be gohsted. I feel I need help in gaining a chip stack early and holding on to it. Positon play as I am not sure I quite understand it that well and ITM play to get deep.
I would put up a BAP that would cover this coaching for a set period of time. Since coaching is very time consuming I would be willing to offer a very nice cut in the coaches favor as this month long learning experience would be well worth it. I will offer the BAP 55% to the backers and I would give you 75% of my winnings for that BAP. Thats for the first month. after that I would offer 15% to you of all my FT winnings for the next 3 months. The bap would most likely cover $5.50 MTT up to $11 MTT.
If anyone is willing to help me out I would greatly appreciate it. PM me with any questions or post here please.
Thanx Jon.

This is always a point of concern. I have won a few major (+$1000) tournies. I am usually in the money around 25% of the time. But there have been long streches where I have not had any big cashes. Sometimes I wonder what am I doing different...am I not being aggressive enough....not pushing the issue....is my main concern just to make the money. The answer I came up with is that when I think back on the tournies I won or Final Tabled, I had a lot of things go my way.
If you look up Chris Ferguson's articles in their archive, he wrote one about this very issue and basically said the same thing.
It is a good sign that you feel you need a coach. Shows you feel you have more to learn which is true of all of us.
Feel free to look me up if you want to discuss some poker. No charge, I just love to talk poker and tell poker jokes.
Good Luck and may your one outters always hit.
