Looking for 3-4 Low/Micro Level MTT players

About Me
Well Ive been a member of PTP for about a year and a half now, Ive been playing "pro" for a few months now and after getting coached by mossified84 Id like to start coaching a few on my own.

Requirements
SKYPE + Mic/Headset
$300+Roll
A High Volume
Ideally you will be able to play $11 MTTS and under and $4.40 180 Mans.

Cost
$20 a week
$75 for the month
20% of all Final Tables

What I'll offer
Availability for skype sessions 6-7 Days a week available almost all day.
Ghosting (me of you and you of me)
Critique of any hands you want my opinion on.

Qualifications
Since going "pro" Ive had many final tables and have put in a steady volume of 100+ mtts a week.

Won the $11R for 12k
Ive final tabled the $3 Rebuy and $11 +1Rebuy+1Addon this month.
Ive also won a $55 Bugsys championship event.
$5.50 5k GTD
$5.50 6 Max
+Numerous other cashes.

I'm very intrested but I wont have any money in my PS or FT acct for a few days. I'm fairly new to this site but not online poker. I have over 20k in MTT winnings already and I still feel like I have alot to learn. do you think 1k would be good enough roll to start? I'm pretty much living off my girlfriend and poker so I can put in 10 hours a day easy. I play about that much now and dont get burned out or lose focus. I play mainly on bodog so 3 tables is the max i have experence on. I 3 table perfect without effecting my game at all.

A 1k Starting roll for $11 mtts and under would be a huge cushion, so yeah. Ill be starting at the end of this week or begining of next with my first couple of guys let me know if you'll be ready by then.

I need to find the leaks keeping me from making the next step. I am missing some opportunities but still manage to finish respectably and need to find the path to the FT...
