Turns out I suck at the 45 turbos

Hi.
I can't seem to win the 45 man turbos. I can usually start high, then the blinds eat me up or I get sucked out or something. Or I tilt. And everyone seems to want money for coaching on these. Is someone out there good at these that would let me ghost them and explain a play or two, theory, discussion or whatever?
