Staker has not confirmed transfer and I want my points

I was given a stake about a month ago. I have completed it and transfered the $$$, but the staker has not been signed in since July 2nd. Is there any way I can bypass this? Because it has taken so long, I don't even know if I have money left to pay neverbeg. What should I do about this?
