Question about FullTilt stakes

People who give them often say "Make sure you can receive and transfer funds." How exactly do you do that? I never bought in on the site...but I have won freerolls and earned cash that way. Is there a way to check this? Just curious if someone can shed some light. Don't want to ask the question on a stake thread and get flamed.

if you've never deposited you're 100% fine to receive and ship funds.

So under what circumstances would you not be able to transfer and receive funds? Obviously it's a problem for someone...

Full Tilt will make you wait 90 days if you deposit using a CC or epassporte.

THey also have a $5 min transfer limit.
