Default help for the stupid please

I have been a member of bugsy for a while when i come across your site. I joined up and got the passwords for the MTT Skill league and have since played 2 games. Came 3rd and 18th both gaining me bbp's or so i thought. I havent had them added on so what am i doing wrong??? will soon run out of bbp's and i do so enjoy playing even so its not for real cash.........not got the real cash or the sonfidence yet!!!
