Default Question for new member friend

A friend of mine has recently created an account on PTP: cattyco120.
He registered several days ago and still has no access to anything, he an't post in any forums yet and has no way to PM a mod to see if there are any problems with his registration.... any way you can give me the info, or at least unlock his messaging so he can PM with a mod and get his account up and running?
