I am pretty sure it is worked out. Skott didn't even know he was selected, so he played something else on his own money.

Realized he got the transfer and was staked, and he says he shipped the money back.

Jssoccer isn't on to confirm, but I wouldn't ship the DNS unless jssoccer comes on and says it wasn't shipped....
