Any certified Neteller account holders who can't deposit to pokerstars i'd like to help you out.Hope it's legal but i see no reason why it can't be done.
I will run a service where you can transfer your money to my Neteller account,i can then deposit it to Pokerstars for you as i'm not american or live there.Once in my pokerstars account i'll just send it back to you via player transfer.
I'll take a small % cut maybe 10% or something we'll see.
Of course i'm trustworthy and there is no way i'll be doing a runner with any substancial amount of money as i want to make this work with many american players
