I like Greenstein's book, even if you can't get anything out of it poker wise you can get some nice poker stories out of it.

greensteins book is less about actual poker strategy and more about strategy of making money at poker. its worth the $25 or w/e. no idea on the others.
i do know online ace is horrible though. think its by scott fischmann or someone

c/r the devil is a great book with no poker knowledge at all in it. fantastic read.
winning poker tourneys 1 hand at a time is also worth the coin.

Pretty sure anything Scott Fischman writes, including on the rail, will probably actually make you dumber..

For non-strategy books, the Banker/Suicide king (can't remember title) was a good read. Positively Fifth Street was as well. Will have to check out Matusow's and Barry's.
The Biggest Game in Town, by A. Alvarez, is a good old school one too.

the PJ Ape Rizen book was pretty good, tough to read though as it's just HH after HH with input from them, but it wasn't much and was worth it for sure.
