What do you do when.....
You offer four stakes and stake applicants and send money. Then one sends back and PM's he got called into work (no prob really - it happens). Then get a PM stating not to send money because he applied for two of the same tourny and got picked by both. WTF I already sent money. Waste of my friggin time. And NOOBS with no points wonder why they don't get many stakes. What would you do?

I was the guy who got picked for the same tourny by a different staker. I would have obviously unapplied to it but didn't have time.
As far as I know there isn't a rule against applying for the same tournament through 2 stakers. Normally I would just unapply. Because I'm a newb to PS it's harder to get staked so I have no other choice.

When I post a stake, and know there is a chance that multiple stakers are going to be staking that same tourney, I will put a rule in there that if they choose to apply and are choosen by myself and have applied for someone else and gets choosen also I will be shipping HOP gear.!!

Its a pain in da butt, thought it happens. I dont care as long as they send the money back.
The horse that got called into work, what can you do? Some people have jobs like that and its beyond their control. Think about how pissed youd be if he ran the stake anyways and sat out 1/2 the tourney....or worse, he left someone else to run the stake.....

No, I agree about the guy who got called into work, as I stated in my post (it happens). But to have someone two minutes later about one minute after I sent the money PM me to say not to because he got picked for the same tourny sent me over the edge. When I post a stake with no point requirements, I mean it. Its for noobs for the most part. I just take the first people to apply. So if they apply they can almost guarrantee to get picked.
