How big of a team is too big?

if a team was put together to run for a significant amount of time, say 1-2 months, how big of a team would be too big?

what i mean is say there is 1 backer and he picks 2 guys to be apart of a team and after the time frame(1-2 months) they would split 25/25/50 + SB

would many guys take this kind of split? you see the problems that could easily arise if there were 4 team members with 1 backer and it went 12.5/12.5/12.5/12.5/50 + SB

maybe the backer agrees to go 33/33/33 +SB or 20/20/20/20/20 + SB

or any variation the backer agrees to.


what i am mostly wanting to know is can this even happen? do you think guys could work together and not greedily want more money if they happen to contribute a tiny bit more?

and if it is possible how big can a team get? i wouldnt think bigger than 2-4 people

and i def agree problems could arise.. but it would just need to be settled at the beginning

Player 1 makes $500
Player 2 makes $20

Player 1 plays 30 hours a week
Player 2 plays 5 hours a week

obv guys would have to agree to x amount of hours or games played per week.
