pokerstars help
i downloaded it and when i try to open it, it say something about internet connectivity problem.. does anyone know why?

I would email pokerstars support if I were you.
My first thoughts would be perhaps your firewall is not allowing the client program access to its desired port.

Are you on a university connection.....i was last year and couldnt run pokerstars at all....some places have the ports blocked on the whole network like my uni did.... It really sucked.

Mayb running 2 slow that it doesn't work. The other applications like IE, were they going really slowly? Ne ways, if it is very slow, close ne downloading softwares like Torrent, EMule, Kazaa etc.

ok... well now i have another problem... i am on pokerstars and its working but its all play money? why is that?

you probably downloaded it from www.pokerstars.NET. i dont know how to solve this problem, but you could try e-mailing support@pokerstars.com and ask them to make your account a real money account. If they can't do that, then they should be able to have a suggestion on how to fix it! :] welcome to the site

yeah you definitely downloaded .NET just go to www.pokerstars.com and download from there instead
