Am I the only one who plays at UB?
Yeah yeah, I know it's a sharkpond but it has the best interface and best blind structure there is. I asked once in the n00b thread and nobody bothered to respond. UB supports player to player transfers, has SnGs and some good MTTs. Is it just that the hand history is a pain in the ass to use?

$ 10 min. transfer is kinda a pain in the ass for the micro/low limit stakers.

I thought it was a $1, but yeah, I can see that I guess. I don't know what the usual stakes are but it makes sense that people want to start out small. I still haven't decided about all this yet. It's a bitch that Neteller shut down but I've always sort of preferred splitting it all with myself Guess I'll look around a bit, see which side has more success stories.

I love stars. I play some at UB. only played like 10 tourneys there with one FT. But the bet pot button is in a bad spot and I misclick a lot there. Also the blinds being that slow means tourneys take years and the players are fantastic for sure.

Ya--Have an account there
If you like 5 10 dollar tournys to last 6-7 hours its a great place.
Then they have constant breakdowns and horrid service.
Just belong to P5s board for a week, and you will see the place getting lambasted everday for poorly run site.
SO I did OK there but got worried it was gonna tank cause of the problems--so I moved my money off a while ago

Well, I realize everyone is here to make money and not argue so this'll be my last point on this.
"What everyone says" has never really meant much to me. Especially in this case as I actually do play there. Compared to other sites it is absolutely true that the regular speed SnG takes a long time. They have turbo now though, so, that's not much of an argument anymore.
As to site stability, there are no issues. There haven't been for two years or so. If people are still saying the same old things it is probably because that's how internet conversations work. Ask those people if they've actually been back to check.
The end result is, though, with slower blind escalation, more levels in the blinds, and especially that ridiculous Bet Pot button - it is a difficult place to play. Complete fish need only tap 'bet pot' a few times and you can't draw out, can't guess if they are fish or at least can't figure it out the same ways. So, play there and you'll learn some new skills maybe, pick up new reads you've never needed before. End of it is, though, the blinds favor pros, they give you more time in which to make the correct decision and outplay the fish. If you are in a hurry, fine. I can't think of anywhere else where an experienced SnG master or tourn player can maintain such a high ITM though.

Cool I respect your opinion--Guys on P5 are some of the best players on the net-they still complain everyday--good enough for me
