This BAP will be an all action BAP for one month.. I will be doing rollovers each month.. I will be paying out makeup owed off my profits and I offer makeup on everything I run..
The cut is 51% with cake..

I learned a lot from these BAPs and I won't be making the same mistakes I made in them here.. I will however, still be playing to WIN !!!
The rail..
The February link above shows how this rail will be done.. It will consist of BR screen shots at the end of each session with a daily synopsis.. See the link to my last BAP to get a feel for what I will be doing here..
Maintaining the exact BR while keeping my transfer options open..
I
will be transferring funds during this BAP as for I obv need to have transferability.. I will be transferring funds to purchase BAP ads, to pay fee's to PTP, to play in monthly TLB contests or to pay debt's to indariva and Shauna .. I will also be investing in a few BAPs here and there with my own funds OBV.. If and when this happens all I will do is have someone hold MY OWN funds for me before the baps starts like my buddy Hippie and have him ship me the exact amount BEFORE I ship it to PTP or whomever.. This allows me pay the fees I owe, invest in BAPS if I want and keep the BR exact at the same time.. I know how to count/deal with funds.. If I ship out I get MY OWN FUNDS from my buddy before I ship to replace them OBV.. I have done this for my last 3 BAPS now and it has worked out brilliantly.. Having someone hold my OWN BR is the only way I can do the BR screenshot thing OVB.. If anyone ever wants to see my transfer history during my all action baps please PM me and we can go through everything based on trust one on one via PM screen shot's.. I'm sure you understand that anyone willing to post BR screen shot's everyday has nothing to hide.. I would never jeopardize my PTP privilege.. If you don't know me by now or you have a doubt about your funds or my trustworthiness please don't invest..
PRIOR OBLIGATIONS..
One other little thing I need to convey to you guys is the fact that I have TWO other OPEN BAPS in which I will play the same game for that BAP each night..

BOTH OF WHICH WILL NOT BE FOR THIS BAP.. I have had an open BAP that went BUSTO in August which JUST opened up again that runs the $22 and I sold out a WSOP BAP to run the re buy each night.. I NEVER RAN THE REBUY in the 1000 games I played last month because it takes way way to long.. IF I HAD NOT SOLD THE WSOP BAP I WOULD NEVER RUN THE $5.50r anyhow, so it really doesn't effect this BAP..
YOU JUST NEED TO BE AWARE that these two games WON'T be included in this BAP.. This is a minor detail.. Their are 100's of games to choose from for us to still run..
Games and BR mangangment..
MINI FTOPS..
I will attempt to sattie into MINI FTOPS that I see fit to run.. The games I will shoot for will be O8, Omaha, the mixed games and small FR NHLE games.. I will play A LOT of MINI FTOPS events and will even try to sattie into most of them.. I have not even checked when the mini ftops starts but I think it falls in this bap..
The majority ( 75% ) of games that will be played during this BAP will be O8 SNG's on FTP and DON's on PS..
I will be playing mostly O8 SNG’s and O8 MTT’s –
using a 20 BI rule..
I will play some DON’s, 45 mans, 180's and other NLHE games -
using a 30 BI rule..
I also play Omaha DON's & MTT's and my ROI is positive in both of them..
I also play H.O.R.S.E - MTT's but not a lot..
CASH/RING GAMES.. I WILL PLAY FR PLOM8, NLOM8 and FLOM8 games risking NO MORE THAN $20 per session in them..
I'M NOT CHASING SOME VIP LEVEL.. I will play some ring to help me free roll a MTT or two.. TWO TABLES MAX
You won't see me at many cash tables..
I will run a fair amount of MTT's when the BR is in the positive..
I will use super BR management like I always do..
I play on PS and FTP only and I play mostly at night..
I will play every day for this BAP and I will give 100% effort like I always do..
I will be running several satties during this BAP.. When I satty into something I always run the event.. I RUN SATTIE WINS EVEN IF THEY FALL OUTSIDE THE BR GUIDLINES.. If I win a seat in something, I WILL RUN THE EVENT regardless of the BR.. PLZ BE AWARE of this before investing..
Example.. I always try and sattie into the Sunday FLOM8 $215.00 and when I do win a seat I will play the event even if the BI is more than BR guidelines allow..
Basically, any game I run will be for this BAP
minus the FREE ROLLS, FPP GAMES and the two games mentioned above..
I sometimes spend the FPPs I earn on us.. NOT ALWAYS BUT SOMETIMES..
I work on Saturday's ( not in the winter ) so I NEVER play any VIP free rolls on PS.. If I did, they will
NOT be for this BAP.. If I happen to score in one, I will offer a % of that score as a bonus..

THIS BAP WILL RUN FOR 30 days.. NO LONGER, NO SHORTER no matter what the BR is come time to end it..
I reserve the right to end this early if we show a profit.. I never end my BAPS down but I might start which will enable me to keep playing the same levels all year long.. If we find the BR down only a few hundred come time to end this I will extend it a few days if need be to recover.. If the BR is a beyond recoverable ( down more than $300 ) come time to end it we will end it and start fresh..
My volume will be my usual 10 to 12 hrs of poker per day if not more..
I run 7 table’s max improving focus factor..

TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. If you need to sell your shares, you must use SAP.
2. I reserve the right not to sell shares to anyone.
3. All investors will be polled before any changes to the plan/events are played that fall outside of the express bankroll plan outlined above.
4. If any investor has not responded by PM or rail post within 24 hours of a poll request, they will be deemed to have assented to the proposed change.
5. In all polls, investor votes will be weighted by the number of shares the investor holds, with an 80% yes threshold (with the shares of any investor who does not respond counting as a "yes" vote) needed to approve the requested action.
6. All poll results will be posted in the rail.
7. Any share reserves not paid for within 48 hours of a "final notice" PM from me will be canceled. Any shipment of funds following 48 hours after the "final notice" PM was sent will not be honored and funds will be returned promptly.
8. All bonuses added to the BAP will be promptly noted in the rail.
9. I request that all investors contact me ASAP with ANY questions they have about the BAP and the final bankroll tally after it is initially posted/PMed. I also request that investors do their best to confirm the final bankroll and that all BAP calculations are correct prior to the completion of final bankroll distributions and the closing of this BAP so that I do not have to revisit payments in the future.
10. Investor signatures: I do not agree to any terms listed in an investor's signature.
11. Selling cake: I do not agree to any a priory or ca-rte blanche investor right to sell my cake. However, if you decide that you would like to sell my cake, please pm me with details and I will consider it in good faith.
