Default Limits to play

I started with a $10 bankroll about 6 months ago and have rolled it to ~$550. I am struggling with what limits to play and what types of swings to expect.

I am currently comfortable with the .10/.25 NL 6max tables...when i move up to the .25/.50 level I don't know what kind of swings I should see.
Is ~$30-60 a good swing to expect. This week for example i have lost~100 but am back up after a couple of bad beats.

What level should I be playing and what buy in to the occasional MTT?

Thanks

i think 20 buy ins is ok for full ring. i would think 30 buyins for 6 max, maybe 35.

i always thought this article covered BR questions pretty well:

most of the answers you got already fall in these ranges anyway, but this can help u figure out what's right for your situation
