Bet more on the flop. As played I'd 3bet the flop as he's more likely to shove any flushdraws/combodraws/one pair hands on the flop whereas he'll fold them on the turn.
As a general rule of thumb
betting the **** out of your hands >> slowplaying

ya bet flop but i dont mind the raise on turn i actually may bet out small on turn because players sometimes will not give up on their bluffs/semi bluffs and may r/r.

Here is how I play that hand against most players.
Same action preflop
I lead between $12-$14 at the flop. If he min raises that, I would most likely make a smallish raise back that he thinks he might = shove on and think he still has some FE. The flop is WAY to draw heavy to just call when he min raises which is almost always a draw.
On the turn, I don't think I am raising here. What is the point of a raise? Either he has an under boat and is going to pay you off on the river anyways or he is on a draw and you are now likely to force him off of it and have no chance to stack him on the river. So I would either check/call the turn or I would lead a small amount that he has to call with a draw and will shove on with an under full.
Either way, I would then lead a small amount on the river also. Probably about 1/2 pot.
