TBC: I want to play a semi-significant sample of hands of HU razz against you in some sort of a prop bet.

2k - 5k hands to eliminate the "it's all luck" portion of HU razz (lol), any limit you want (although preferably within your BR limitations (lol BR management)) . I'd be willing to make a side bet that I beat you for at least, oh, let's call it 3BB/100.

If I don't beat you for 3BB/100, I'll pay you... some amount of money. How much would you be willing to put down as a bet on these terms? I'll take anything up to ~$200. Pick the number of hands and pick the amount and let's get started imo tbh irl.

ud have to agree that ud have to have MORE on the table than u started with, and also be beating the rake too, for i dont agree its possible for either player to beat the rake HU, and is why i dont play HU, but not the only reason. also so it wont take 5-10 hrs. make it only 750 hands, how will i know when the 750 hands is up?

So you're proposing 750 hands of HU, whoever's won the most after 750 hands wins the bet?

not exactly because neither one of us will be ahead of the rake after the 750 hands due to the rake. u said u could beat me for 3 BB per 100 hands, so that would be 22.5 BB over 750 hands. meaning if we both sit at a 25c-50c table with $50 22.5 BB would be $11.50 meaning ud have to be at least $61.50 AFTER 750 hands of play. ($50 + $11.50) AND UD HAVE TO HAVE BEATEN THE RAKE TOO. this is what i think would be next to impossible for u to do. i can be behind on my $50 but still have proved my point and won the bet. the bet wasnt that id beat u, the bet was u couldnt gain a profit of 3 bb per 100 hands. also tell me how wed know when the 750 hands are up?

So we sit down HU with $100 each at .25 / .50 and if I'm up to $111.50 at the end of 750 hands I win, and if not, you win? That works for me. I have PT Stud, which tracks many things, as well as # of hands played.

How much were you looking to bet here?

$40 on the side, but ud have to allow me sit out a few hands anytime id need to use the restroom, take a phone call etc. and since i dont have that program would it be fair for u to have the program? the program would give u an unfair advantage in letting u know everything about how i play without u ever palying against me. plus id have to take ur word for when the 750 hands are up and not have any proof?

I stopped by because when I went over my HHs last night I saw the chat. Ever since the articles have started coming out people have been real nice, saying hi and wanting to chat. And I appreciate it, believe me. But - for me it gets so distracting I can't play! Now, I have to play with my chat turned off. So, to you or anyone - if you mouse over a player's name it often says "no chat" or something similar instead of the hometown. Mine does, because I don't want anyone to think I'd ignore them.

The other thing is, that chat exchange inspired me to drop what I was writing for the May issue and instead write about river play. I don't have any bone to pick with the player who was deriding me for calling him down with the ten, he's an excellent player and was having a real bad night - including at the table we were at before this one. And, I had just called him down twice and won and he showed a Q in the hole - so - he was kinda frustrated.

But was he right? Were those terrible calls? Well, You be the judge after the May 1st article.

Again, I'm really happy you liked the article and honored that you posted it here - but even more I'm always most gratified when something I wrote leads anyone into the beautiful game of RAZZ.
