Any stats?
Bet the flop, check call his thin bet if he indeed does have Q9, K9, A9, 22; re-eval the river?

Yeah stats would help a lot.
I probably play this hand a lot different (based on stats though). Against a typical player running like a 12-16VPIP I would like just check call the flop.
Then with that turn, I would probably check call again. If I lead out, he can raise a lot of hands some of which I beat and some I don't. If you check raise, you absolutely get action from any better hand and get a lot of worse hands to fold.
I don't really like to check raise that flop because if builds a big pot when you are OOP and you won't really know if he has AK, AJ, AT, 99, 22, QQ, or complete air and is just floating you.

Thanks for the replies. No stats.
Although he had not been active at all during the 30 or so hands that I was at the table. Didn't really see anything out of line from him during the rest of the session but I didn't know that at the time of this decision.
