1) I likely call here playing 6 max against someone running those stats. We are likely still ahead of a number of hands he would shove (top pair, combo draws) and if we are behind we likely have a number of outs with the straight draw and over pair.

2) I would most likely fold here actually. Seems like to me that he likely has a weak king (maybe even king ten). Most players play draws very aggressively. I dont see him smooth calling the flop and then just checking behind the turn if he has a legit draw. Almost every player will take a chance to try to pick up the pot on the turn when it looks like you have given up the pot.

Well in 2 he's an unknown so I don't know if he's aggro, and I always thought the majority of average players like to take a free card. Playing their hand etc
