seems standard. He's short so put him to the test. If someone wakes up with a real behind oh well
Don't know about a flat call. For some reason i might flat sometimes though say 10-15%. Wondering if thats ok?

I'd make a bigger raise...at least 2k..
But reraise is definatly standard here..

I think you should have pushed him instant all-in.
He has already 30% of his stack in the pot and when he makes the call, he's going to insta shove on the flop, because he had 75% in the pot, when he calls your re-raise.

+1 deff re raise to isolate and i would make it enough to set the smaller stack all in
