9T- fold. Pot isn't big enough to give you pot odds against his range. There are 2 straights. Ax where x=board card (2 pair) makes up a really big part of his range. I can't put him on too many hands you beat.

88- bleh, but fold. You could be good, but all you beat is a bluff.
