misplayed? hard to say...knowing he rivered the str8, sure you misplayed. pocket 9's arent the best starting hand either imo. possibly if you push pre he folds K10, but its been so long since i played on Absolute, I couldnt tell you how the play is anymore.

My advice is not to raise with those hands in that position. Fold them or flat call with some limpers. They don't have the equity of an premium hand on that position.
Also, the raise amount was way too big with 4x BB. Just raise with 3x BB.
Also, on the flop, check/fold would be better to don't lose 1/6th of your stack in just a med. pair.

I done this often in the past, limp pocket 9's or lower pockets, but I got only bad expiriences with that..
If u only get 1 opponent, you still have a good chance to take it down with a continuation bet..but if u get 3-4 opponents and don't hit your set you have not really a chance anymore...

4BB raise is standard...

Yeah the check/fold you be maybe better, but the guys at the low AP tourneys push also often with an ace rag there if u check to them,so that would be the next tough desicion...

Well,I don't really care anymore,because i won the MTT...lol
Just sad that only around 130 players were in so I only won $17.50..lol

i defo dont limp that there, i raise 3x, and the guys call is terrible with his stack and KT, altho it is a .50c so u gotta expect that, with him only flat calling pre id likely cover the screen so i cant see the flop and put him all in,lol
