yea just eat the 400 or so you lost and move on, that flop really doesnt have much opprutunity for you, you have two overs and by the calls you can almost assume someone else(if not all) have them too, get outa der on da flop.

Overlimp preflop, no need to gamble with 68 bb's and get aggro with 5 minutes to go, see a flop and try to stack someone after the flop, not before it.
