bet a bit more on flop (1k) and keep betting.
2800 here imo, I think a bit high is best with their stacks.

That is such a huge action flop. Bet ~3k on the turn and 2/3 of the pot on river.

I bet 2K on turn and got folds. On a rainbow board, I probably check turn (still bet flop). Is that right?

No. Think about all the hands that hit flop that. Most people won't fold TP there or AJ, KJ, stuff like that.
