I think this is a shove if he's been bullying at all. Only thing 19 left means is that he is more likely to steal. We're not playing for 18th, we're playing for 1st.

Where do you range the callers? I think we are WAY ahead of them, especially the 2nd caller. Only person I'm really worried about is the original raiser and if he has been a bully, we have tons of FE.

fold... especially in 4.40s... a push might result into two callers and you could be facing up to 4 overcards even if you are not already behind...
