b) you're in BB w/ KK - action?

UTG opens 250, UTG+1 calls, MP1 calls, Button raises to 2250

c) you're in BB w/ AA - action?
d) you're in BB w/ KK - action?

Depends on age/race steroetypes.

A) I raise to something over 1200 and under 1800.
B) Call
C) 5.8k or something under 6250
D) call, this seems pretty clear barring any scandinavian heritage, if > 15%, make it 6k.
