I would say fold only because its hi/lo. I usually like to have A2xx in hi/lo just in case there is a lo hand. I like the double suited cards but playing for half the pot is not a good idea in my book.
This is just a noob opinion. I have played a fair amount of omaha and omaha hi/lo but I am no where near an expert. I would love to know what the proper play would be for my games sake lol.

call or raise...if you call and are raised...all-in. I don't think fold is an option there in a sit-n-go...that is a pretty good hand in O8.

Disagree completely here. It may not be a premium hand but it's folded to you in the cutoff and it's certainly playable. I love playing against super-tight plo/8 players cause you can run them over if they'll only play premiums. Raising also puts you in the position of being able to take down the pot on the flop with a c-bet if you're called by one of the blinds and the flop comes k94 or 10 6 5 or any number of other flops that don't fit perfectly with a2xx.
