pretty easy call he either has a Q or a J, if he has a Q then say nh and move on.

no raising is bad, there's a descent chance he has a Q here, if he does he going to reraise you back and then you have to call and double him up. flat calling is the best play here

also notice your raise didn't win you anymore chips because he was bluffing, but if he did have a good hand you are losing a lot of chips, so basically your raise risked your chips to win nothing

-1 You dont have to call. I wouldnt raise but Id probably fold to a 3bet on the river. I mean what can you possibly beat??

+1 Reverse implioed odds. You wont get called by anything you beat

Yea but smooth calling is...eh. If he decides to fire the second bullet what do I do then? Do I smooth call again? That means paying him off if he has the queen? Or do I fold then? Either way I lose if I let it play out to the river. It's unlikely that we will end up checking it down to the river.

if he has a Q and you raise the turn, he calls. if he doesn't, he folds.

if he has a Q and you call the turn, he bets and you call. if he doesn't, he might bet sometimes and check others.

either way, when he has a Q, the money gets all in. you get the most money out of his non-Q hands by calling.
