I think it is close. If you think you can see a cheap river in case you hit a top pair, it's ok. And it looks like it is the case.
You can have 15 outs here, if you are behind. K or 9 isn't enough in many situations, so about 12 outs is more reasonable. You wont be facing a higher FD many times, so don't have to worry a lot about that.
Your main problem is position. If you hit a flush, what are you going to do? Bet or check-raise?
If you bet he's going to lay down weaker hands. If you check-raise he can also check to see a cheap river.
If you were in position, I would say easy call.
Out of position I would prob fold.
