Yes, easy shove. He can only call with monster hands here.
Sometimes he can also call with Q2o, just to show how dumb is he. In fact I realized that many people because they don't understand SNG play think they only need to be ahead to make a call. Being ahead means 51% favorite. So they make light calls here with even Q-high, believing that's all they need since you are pushing any two.
Anyway, with KQo I would shove anyone, since it's a good hand to shove even against very loose callers.

the fact that he should be folding most hands to you here and he didnt says to me he has a pretty good hand
i might let this one go and continue bullying everyone else

No way.. most of the time villain is just begging you to take those chips away from him.
edit
As the chipleader the second biggest stack is your easiest victim.

yeah def. This is a super weak steal attempt so often. And he cant call off on the bubble for his tournament life with something like A9.

And did he called? At his place, I would only min raise the BB (also cheap leader) on a bubble situation, only with monster hands to trap ya.
And I would shove with any ace.

I didn't say that
According to ICM, he is folding everything but aces and kings. He MUST fold queens its actuall really bad if he calls with queens. I never make this play b/c I've only been playing the $24s for my BAP and the $6.50 and $12 donks are really really bad.
I thought about it for a bit and I mean no matter what he has, he doesn't want a call. So why didn't he just shove? Could be trapping but I felt it more likely he was trying to see if a cheap steal would work. IDK, im giving waffly justifications, I posted just to see if people agree.
Results really dont matter, its the play thats imp but he snap folded

Some math guy may have come up with that, but if you are folding QQ here to make 3rd place - please just ship your entire funds on pstars to The None (Kalona) and I will give you a pitance at the end of every month. If I'm in the SB's spot and find a good hand to double up with (AJ or >, TT or >) I'm calling your shove for the chance to have 6k vs 3 2k stacks...then I will whittle you all down to nothing and take 1st.

Ill do the math when I get home, I done some calcs on this a few days ago to get a better feel for it (b/c I realised my push/fold had slowly become skewed) and I remember the shover had to be shoving something like >35% of hands (which is still massive) for me to be "ICM correct" in shoving. I might be wrong, im sure the simulation I ran had slightly diff figures but I'll check and post again
Looking at it again, he really really cant call much b/c the BB on the next hand has <4 BBs and Im in the SB so most likely I will shove on him.
