Hand converter question

I read the sticky but what format do we use for converting a hand on this forum?

Almost every hand I see is unconverted. Makes it a bit harder to follow.

Thanks for any feedback and sorry if this needs to be locked.

PTP is the only one who uses a hand converter haha

I personally don't like it converted

I prefer the converter too, but was wondering the same thing. But, I'm lazy, so I never asked. Another forum I post at required ITH, but that doesn't work here. Maybe 2+2's would work. I think their new format is the same as this.
